My Letters to Leaders. ✉

Dear Leaders,

The word Leader has a different meaning,

to different people around the world in

aspects of human Life.

It is said that “Uneasy Lies the head that wears the Crown”.

Yet, you help set the followers to the right path.

You have strength based in humility and empathy,

not to be biased,

not part of the problem,

but part of the solution.

You are a North Star.

You establish ideas for whoever you are

leading (your followers) not looking at

what you want from a problem.

Yes, you have the Power to do anything

you want and it is said that Power Corrupts.

But You can have that power and be a Principled and an Honorable Person.

You should be Compassionate.

You should be competent in your work and to your Followers always.

You should be resourceful, and you should have a good relationship with your


You should be the Light showing people

the way, where Darkness seems to Loom.

You should be Normal.

Someone that creates a Good Mark and

also has the adaptation to new Ideologies.

And the adjustment to these Ideologies.

You should be someone who brings people together.

You should have the ability to have a

Common touch.

Someone who is a Servant Leader.

Someone who has the capacity to touch his people and do it without consideration.

So, be the Leader that Guides to the right Path.

Be that Leader that Empowers and
